Quality Concrete, Inc is looking to hire an Accounting/Administrative Assistant!
This full time position will provide bookkeeping support and office/HR administrative assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- -Assisting Accountant with daily AP and AR invoicing function
- -Payroll review and processing
- -Credit Card reconciliations
- -Bank deposits
- -New hire onboarding and paperwork
- -Assisting with employee benefit enrollments
- -Payroll and Benefits Reconciliations
- -Inventory management
- -and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Applicant must be well organized and self motivated with a great attention to detail. Two year Associates Degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.
