Position Summary
The Inventory & Data Coordinator is responsible for accurately scanning comic books into our inventory system, maintaining inventory records, completing administrative and data entry tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
This position requires prolonged sitting, repetitive scanning and computer work, and the ability to maintain a high level of focus while processing large volumes of inventory. Attention to detail and consistency are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Scan comic books into the inventory management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
- Perform data entry and maintain company databases.
- Organize and prepare inventory for processing and storage.
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Print inventory and shipping labels as needed.
- File, organize, and maintain company records and documentation.
- Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and administrative projects.
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow established procedures.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Previous inventory, administrative, warehouse, or office experience is preferred but not required.
- Comic book or pop culture knowledge is a plus, but not required.
