Position Summary
The Procurement Program Manager supports the Vice President of Procurement by managing the implementation, administration, and ongoing success of national supplier agreements and strategic partnerships across Quality Collision Group. This role serves as the primary liaison between Procurement, Operations, Accounting, and Suppliers to ensure contract compliance, successful program rollouts, billing accuracy, vendor accountability, and achievement of negotiated savings and service commitments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in project management, supplier management, or procurement operations.
Primary Responsibilities
National Program Rollouts:
- Lead implementation of national supplier agreements across all QCG locations.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, communications, and adoption efforts.
- Track implementation progress and ensure locations transition to approved suppliers and programs.
- Support integration of newly acquired locations into national procurement initiatives.
Supplier & Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned national supplier relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
- Monitor vendor service levels, commitments, rebates, and contractual obligations.
- Escalate and resolve supplier performance, service, and pricing issues.
Contract Compliance & Billing Audits
- Maintain contract files, pricing schedules, rebates, and renewal timelines.
- Audit invoices and statements to verify compliance with negotiated pricing and terms.
- Identify pricing discrepancies and coordinate corrections with vendors and Accounting.
- Monitor contract utilization and compliance across all locations.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track supplier performance, savings initiatives, rebates, and contract compliance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
Project Management
- Manage multiple procurement and supplier initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-7 years of experience in:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Preferred
- Multi-location business experience.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
