Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description:

As Assistant Brand Manager at Quality Collision Group, you will be critical in shaping and

promoting our brands across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include

community management, social media management, local listings management, event

coordination, graphic design, asset management, and promotional item management

and distribution. We seek a driven, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented individual eager

to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Engage with our online and offline community, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with the design team to create and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
• Local Listings Management: Ensure our business information is accurate and
• up-to-date across all local listings and directories.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute local events to promote our brand and services, including coordinating logistics, marketing, and follow-up.
• Asset Management: Organize, edit, and implement use of assets for different channels (social, website, releases, etc.)
• Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and other brand assets.
• Promotional Item Management: Oversee creation, distribution, and inventory of promotional items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with social media platforms and management tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a brand management or marketing role is a plus.
• Familiarity with local event planning and coordination.
