About the Role
We are looking for a PRN Hood Cleaning Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role works similarly to a substitute position, you can keep your current job while picking up part-time work with us when additional help is needed.
This position is designed for individuals who want to work with us full-time and are looking for a way to get their foot in the door. You can start working with us on a PRN basis while keeping your current job, gaining experience and training with our team. When full-time positions become available, we typically hire from our PRN team first, making this a great opportunity to start with us now and transition into a full-time Hood Cleaning Technician role.
How It Works
- You can stay at your current job while working with us on a PRN basis.
- We provide paid training, and no previous experience is required.
- You will be added to our PRN call list.
- You are not required to be on-call or to come to work whenever we contact you. We will reach out when additional help is needed, and if you are available and want to work, we can assign you an available job.
- If you are unavailable, you can simply let us know. There is no requirement to accept every job or shift offered.
- As full-time positions become available, PRN team members are first in line for the position.
- PRN work can provide a pathway to a full-time position and future leadership opportunities.
Why This Job Stands Out
- No experience required, we provide paid training.
- Flexible PRN schedule that allows you to keep your current job until a full-time role is available.
- Great entry point to a full-time position with our company.
- We pay for your state hood-cleaning certification.
- Paid travel time between job sites.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in an in-demand trade.
- Potential for full-time employment and career advancement.
