As a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you’ll help keep commercial kitchens safe, clean, and compliant. This is a hands-on, physical role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in appliance repair, mechanical maintenance, and general service technician skills.

Dynamic Night & Day Schedule
Primary Shift: ~80% of our work happens on evening/night shifts (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM start times) when restaurants are closed.
Flexibility Required: ~20% of our work happens in the morning or during the day, making flexibility essential.
What You’ll Do
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters using specialized equipment.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Safely disassemble, clean, and reassemble system components.
- Keep accurate digital records of cleaning procedures, observations, and photos on our mobile app.
Requirements
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work scheduled evening/night shifts and occasional day shifts as needed.
- Transportation: Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation to get to the job location.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and working in confined spaces.
- Tech Ready: Smartphone with data for clocking in/out, viewing schedules, and logging job photos.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check as required by state licensing laws.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
