Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and hotel operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
