Seeking a high-performing HVAC/MEP sales professional experienced in commercial mechanical projects and service agreements. This role focuses on driving both recurring PM contract revenue and large project opportunities in a competitive commercial market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell commercial HVAC/MEP projects, repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Drive recurring revenue through preventative maintenance service agreements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across the region
- Conduct site visits, job walks, and technical discovery to scope solutions
- Engage with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and building owners
- Partner with internal project teams for scoping, estimating, and proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting, and pipeline updates
Required Experience-
- Proven experience selling
commercial HVAC/MEP projects - Strong experience with
service agreements
(PM contracts) - Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers and facility teams
- Strong relationship-building in
commercial mechanical environments - Hunter mentality with the ability to uncover new opportunities in a larger region
- Existing contacts within NY/CT commercial markets are a plus

that requires a more technical seller who can pursue both PM agreements and
commercial mechanical projects
