What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily nursing operations and support the DON and Leadership Team.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Assist with reviewing and updating clinical policies and procedures.
- Support safety, emergency preparedness, and documentation compliance.
- Ensure proper medication management, including safe storage, ordering, and administration.
- Provide guidance to staff, patients, physicians, and visitors, including during emergencies.
- Participate in Quality Improvement and Risk Management activities, including incident reviews and root cause analysis.
- Promote a culture of safety and address patient, staff, or visitor concerns.
- Assist the DON with staff meetings, communication, and department coordination.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support patient safety and efficient operations.
Experience you will need:
- Current, active, unencumbered RN license in Georgia.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related or business field.
- Management experience in a medical setting; ASC experience preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Accurate and organized recordkeeping skills.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practice, regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality improvement.
- Effective communication, leadership skills, and a professional, accountable approach.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships across the organization.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
