Quality Child Care Early Learning Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Child Care Teacher to join our growing team in Cabot! We are looking for someone passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Our teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds while creating meaningful relationships with children and families each day.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
- Supervise and engage children through play, learning, and daily routines
- Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Encourage social, emotional, and educational development
- Maintain open communication with parents and staff
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Assist with meals, nap time, potty training, and classroom organization
- Work as part of a supportive teaching team
Qualifications:
- Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
- Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- Ability to interact positively with children and families
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR/First Aid certification obtained with required yearly Professional Development Training hours
- Must pass all required background checks
