Position Overview: As a Service Porter, you'll be the first point of contact for Service Advisors, responsible for moving customer vehicles around the dealership and ensuring a smooth, organized service drive. - Competitive Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Qualifications:
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license
- Drug Test: Must be able to pass a drug test
- Transmission Experience: Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience: No prior experience necessary
Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Advisors by helping customers and maintaining organization in the service drive
- Safely move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop and other dealership areas
- Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures
- Promote effective working relationships with associates and departments
- Follow dealership procedures for vehicle delivery to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Assist fellow dealership personnel to support the overall functioning of the dealership
- Be prepared to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
