Duties
- Remove and Replace Transmissions/ Drive Train.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Use automotive diagnostic tools and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
- Repair or replace vehicle components, wiring harnesses, and other mechanical parts with precision.
- Maintain a safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols, welding standards, and proper use of hand tools and power tools.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with schematics, automotive electrical systems, and wiring diagram interpretation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle transmission system repair, vehicle suspension system repair, and powertrain diagnostics.
- Mechanical knowledge various vehicles is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate automotive diagnostic tools effectively for programming/ re-learn transmission control modules.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery.
