What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Quality Cdmo?
· Receive raw materials, packaging components, and finished products according to approved procedures.
· Verify material identity, quantity, lot number, supplier details, and documentation during receipt.
· Ensure materials are properly labeled, identified, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
· Maintain segregation of approved, quarantine, rejected, and returned materials.
· Issue raw materials and packaging components to Production and Packaging departments as per approved requests.
· Perform material movement activities using proper handling practices to prevent damage or contamination.
· Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with cGMP requirements.
· Monitor and record warehouse temperature and humidity conditions as required.
· Complete warehouse records, inventory logs, material transfer documents, and other GDP-required documentation.
· Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and material traceability activities.
· Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for material storage and issuance.
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of damaged, expired, or rejected materials.
· Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts after proper training and authorization.
· Report material discrepancies, damaged containers, safety hazards, or environmental excursions to the Warehouse Supervisor.
· Follow GMP, GDP, safety procedures, and company policies during all warehouse activities.
· Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections by maintaining warehouse readiness.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
