Quality Casting is looking for a Master Jeweler / Production Foreman to lead our experienced manufacturing team in Old Bridge, NJ.

What You'll Do
Lead our jewelry production department while working alongside highly skilled craftspeople.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing bench jewelers and production workflow
- Training and mentoring jewelers
- Quality control before delivery
- Solving difficult manufacturing challenges
- Working with CAD, casting, setting, polishing and assembly departments
- Improving efficiency without sacrificing craftsmanship
- Maintaining exceptionally high quality standards
What We're Looking For
You are likely someone who has:
- 15 years of bench experience
- Master-level skills in fabrication and repair
- Extensive experience with gold and platinum
- Strong stone-setting knowledge
- Experience supervising other jewelers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Pride in producing exceptional work
