Job Summary: The Analyst - Contracts is responsible for maintaining customer contracts in accordance with standardized practices. In addition, the position maintains all rate schedules that are set up in our industry specific software program to ensure that orders and invoices rate appropriately according to agreed contract with customer. The role of the Analyst - Contracts, specifically interacts very closely with both our pricing team and operations to ensure the contract and systems are operating effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer contract structure follows the guidelines established by customer requirements and standard processes of Quality Carriers, Inc.
- Input rates correctly using system of record
- Respond to internal/external customer requests timely and accurately
- Provide support as needed to operations team to troubleshoot potential issues
- Understand fundamental processes as they pertain to the process of Billing and Rating Master Orders
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers with a basic understanding of the business and commonly referred to acronyms/verbiage
Skills/Abilities:
- 2 years related experience in a similar billing role
- Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance related field
- Required: Associate degree in Business or Finance
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
