What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver/Independent Contractor position at Quality Care Transport?
Exciting New Job Opportunity!
Independent contracted (W-9) driver taking those who qualify with Medicaid/Medicare to pre-scheduled medical appointments in your own vehicle. We provide the schedule/dispatcher and help with all credentials.
You are paid per each mile, $8.00 for the pick-up mile, and $1.00 per each accumulating mile after. This is for each individual in the vehicle. So if we can schedule three in the vehicle at the same time, you are paid for all three.
*We pay weekly direct deposit**
You must be over 23 years of age
Clean driving record
Pass IDHW Background check
Instant 5-Panel drug test
Various credentials that must be met per State requirements, and we will help with all of these.
Monday-Friday approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30PM. Weekends off!
