Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health conditions and document medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and record observations.
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active RN license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
- Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain specialties.
