Overview
We're seeking a reliable entry-level IT technician to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll deliver exceptional support to our retail and residential ISP customers. Primarily, you will be answering phone calls for both ISP support and residential IT support. This job will also require on-site service calls at a customer's residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connections and other client devices.
- Work with other internal departments and route calls as needed.
- Log detailed notes in a ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years work experience
- Classes in a tech related field (High School or College).
- Enjoy working with technology.
Bonus Skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A , Network , etc.)
- Quick to learn new skills.
