Salesperson - Bloomington Showroom
Quality Cabinet and Surface Studio is hiring a driven salesperson for our Bloomington retail location. We specialize in custom cabinets and countertops, serving homeowners and designers throughout the region.
What You'll Do:
Answer customer and designer calls, identify and qualify leads, log them into our system, and follow up to book appointments. As you grow with us, you'll handle countertop quotes and work closely with our cabinet design team. This is a high-touch role where you're the critical link between initial contact and project close.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone reliable, organized, and comfortable on the phone. You should be detail-oriented enough to track lead information accurately and persistent enough to convert follow-ups into appointments. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—we'll train you on our products and processes.
The Role:
Full-time, Bloomington, IN. Compensation based on experience plus commission structure.
