Quality By Design is seeking an experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead Irrigation installation projects throughout the Central Florida area.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of irrigation installation experience, proven leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage field crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Lead and supervise irrigation installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Read and interpret irrigation plans and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets Quality By Design's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
- Operate and oversee the use of irrigation equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while maintaining project timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of irrigation installation experience
- Previous experience leading crews or serving in a foreman role
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobsite priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality
