A background in telesales or as a telesales manager with success is required. We are growing an outbound sales department with an opportunity for the right individuals to join us at the ground floor.Telesales Job Duties:*Identifies prospects by contacting companies from our 30,000 contact CRM software database.*Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.*Influences customers to setup appointment for equipment, website and IT services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information. Telesales fully qualifies the potential client and once qualified sets up an appointment with notes in our CRM on the client.*Completes call by recording client name, current equipment and vendors, contract expiration dates and all other pertinent data as outlined in sales manual.*Secures information by updating CRM after all calls.*Maintains a positive, working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.*Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.*Hits weekly quota of warm leads generated.*Skills/Qualifications: Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Strong work ethic and Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, Product KnowledgeMust be able to stay organized, manage time, meet goals and deliver results quickly.
