- Approaches decorating and dessert preparation as an art.
- Demonstrates versatility in preparing and creating a wide variety of dessert designs and concepts.

- Keeps supplies neatly arranged and maintains adequate amounts.

- Monitors back stock and applicable inventory control forms.
