Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress in communication, social skills, and daily living. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans designed to improve adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ABA protocols and ethical standards including HIPAA compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients’ families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and support ongoing client development
  • Perform patient assessments, intake procedures, and behavioral health evaluations within home-based or school environments
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of interventions, progress notes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Therapy or related field; certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification preferred
  • Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies
  • Experience conducting behavioral health assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and supporting clients through diagnostic evaluations
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in home-based settings or schools with children who have developmental disabilities
  • Excellent client communication skills along with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while maintaining confidentiality

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
