You should be confident in diagnosing issues accurately and thoroughly testing components like calipers, rotors, and suspension links before recommending replacement. Experience working on European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc.), as well as electric and hybrid models (such as Tesla, Toyota Prius, and Ford hybrids), is a strong advantage.
