What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that guides our customers through their service experience. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, your role is to create confidence, clarity, and comfort.

Your day might include:
- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Occasionally giving customers a ride to and from work or home.
- Explaining vehicle health reports and service recommendations.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the shop calendar.
- Communicating with technicians to provide accurate updates.
- Handling questions, concerns, and follow-ups with care.
- Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
- Brainstorming ideas for marketing and social media.
- Create and implement new and better ways to improve our customer experience.
- Filing and records maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

- A problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using shop software and digital tools.
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
- Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar is essential.
- Experience in customer service, reception, or retail.
- Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required - we’ll train the right person.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no violations and reliable transportation.
- A clean, professional appearance.
- Must be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls.
