Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of various vehicles.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to closing and financing.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required before hiring.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
