Job Title: Body Shop General Manager
Location: Austin, TX
About Us
Quality Collision Center is a growing collision repair facility looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop General Manager to lead our team and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the body shop.
- Generate new business from insurance companies, dealerships, and fleet accounts.
- Prepare estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software.
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and painters.
- Order parts and monitor repair progress.
- Ensure repairs are completed on time with high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with customers.
- Hire, train, and motivate employees.
- Meet monthly sales and production goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of collision repair management experience.
- Experience with insurance claims and DRP programs.
- Knowledge of CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
