We are seeking a organized & detail-oriented auto body Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive knowledge, with a strong work ethic and drive. Duties
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Oversee the ordering, stocking, and inventory control of auto parts and materials.
- Process orders for parts and materials as needed for repairs and services & monitor lead times to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Assist technicians in identifying and procuring the necessary parts for repairs as well as mirror-matching parts for vehicle repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Familiarity with vehicle makes and models for effective parts identification.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills for tracking and controlling stock levels.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
