We are seeking a confident and driven Part-Time Sales Representative to join our Mankato, MN store. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-ticket sales—such as automotive, real estate, or similar industries—who also values strong customer service and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and guide them through purchasing decisions
- Apply consultative selling techniques to close higher-value sales
- Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Follow up with customers as needed to support the sales process
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and professional presence
- Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-ticket sales (automotive, real estate, home services, etc.)
- Customer service experience and a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to close deals
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Compensation:
