We are seeking a high-performer to join our 3–4 person Faribault team with the specific intent of developing you into our next Sales Manager. If you have the "hustle" of a salesperson but the "mindset" of a leader, this is your path to a management career in a stable, family-owned business.
The Development Roadmap
- Phase 1 (Months 1–6): Master our product lines, build your local customer base, and lead the floor in sales volume using our high-stability hybrid pay model.
- Phase 2 (Months 6–12): Begin taking on leadership duties, including inventory management, staff coaching, and floor merchandising.
- The Goal: Transition into the Sales Manager role, with an increased base salary and a "Team Override" bonus structure.

- Starting Base Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience).
