What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Duct Cleaning Technician helper (Experienced Only) position at Quality Air Duct Cleaning?
Quality Air Duct Cleaning is looking for an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Austin area.
IMPORTANT: Experience in air duct cleaning is REQUIRED. Applicants without air duct cleaning experience will not be considered.
This position is for a technician who already understands residential and commercial air duct cleaning procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and job site responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to customer locations throughout the Austin area
- Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services
- Operate negative air machines, air whips, brushes, vacuums, and related equipment
- Clean supply ducts, return ducts, vents, registers, and HVAC components
- Maintain equipment and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous air duct cleaning experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Available to work 5-6 days per week
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Experience:
- Residential air duct cleaning
- Commercial air duct cleaning
- HVAC experience
- Mold remediation or restoration experience
