Duties

• Execute tile installation, flooring, drywall finishing, and plastering with precision and care
• Prepare surfaces thoroughly, including sanding, caulking, and priming for optimal results
• Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve smooth, durable coatings
• Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, and trim carpentry components
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform demolition, framing, concrete forming, and masonry work
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct construction inspections and quality checks throughout each phase of remodeling projects
• Coordinate with team members on heavy equipment operation and fabrication tasks when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in remodeling, tile laying, painting, drywall installation, or related construction fields
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
• Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus
• Experience with electrical work, plumbing, roofing, masonry or welding enhances versatility
• Ability to operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid construction site experience with a focus on building finishing and restoration projects
