Job Overview — What You’ll Do
As an In‑Home Caregiver, you’ll bring compassion, dignity, and personalized care to clients in their homes. Daily tasks may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Administering or reminding clients about medications (per plan)
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and light physical therapy
- Preparing meals and meeting dietary needs
- Doing light housekeeping and errands
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in condition
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation-dependable sedan
- Experience in caregiving, dementia care, assisted living, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to observe health changes and adapt care
- CNA is Required
- Able to pass background check & drug screening
- Eager to learn and grow with our team
