The salary range for this position in local currency is $19.50 Hourly
- Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
- Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
- Packs finished product for shipment.
- Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements.
- Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Soldering
- Welding
- Calibration or testing of components/equipment
- Experience using hand tools and measurement instruments
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and quality procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven production environment
