Qualitest is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dogfooding Logistics Specialist to support projects with a leading technology client focused on VR/MR and wearable technologies.
In this role, you will support day-to-day operations and logistics for the client’s dogfooding programs, helping manage device distribution, hardware inventory, project coordination, and vendor engagement across multiple offices and teams.
This position is fully onsite in Redmond, WA, Monday through Friday (5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support dogfooding projects involving VR/MR and wearable devices.
- Manage the internal hardware library program, ensuring devices are properly tracked, maintained, and available for employee use across client offices.
- Support client managers with project logistics, operational coordination, and scheduling activities for the dogfooding team.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to support team operations and project needs.
- Prepare, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot devices for testing and internal user programs.
- Handle a variety of hardware, including prototype devices, commercially released products, and early-stage development units.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure devices are deployed and returned efficiently.
- Provide operational support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics coordination, operations support, hardware asset management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with emerging technologies and prototype hardware.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting consumer electronics, wearable devices, or technical hardware programs is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with VR/MR technologies and wearable devices.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or asset management tools.
- Background in technical operations, lab support, or device lifecycle management.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
