We are looking for a Senior System Test Engineer/ Quality Engineering Program Manager to join our growing team in Mountain View, CA United States!

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and organize the software testing team, ensuring timely delivery of all release deliverables.
- Test Strategy: Organize and execute test strategies and plans provided by program management, ensuring maximum test coverage.
- Test Case Development: Transform PRDs and new features into comprehensive test cases to maximize test coverage.
- Representation: Represent the QA team at release meetings, providing critical data that impacts gating decisions.
- Process Improvement: Improve existing software testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Issue Resolution: Drive critical bugs to closure promptly to unblock releases.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in test planning and strategy development.
- Automation Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Test Automation using at least one programming language.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems integration issues through log analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Linux CLI and/or mobile architecture with hands-on command-line experience.
- Scripting: Hands-on experience with Python and/or Bash scripting is required.
- Defect Management: Proficient with defect tracking tools, defect management, and release triage methodologies.
- Adaptability: Can-do attitude, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Cloud Experience: Experience leading test engineering efforts for cloud-based applications.
- Test Automation Collaboration: Experience working with test automation teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Efficiency: Ability to organize and classify test execution strategies for optimal efficiency.
Must have:
- Minimum of five years of experience, specifically with Zoom administration and testing/validation.
- Strong secondary skills in teleconferencing, AV, and networking.
- Demonstrated expertise in Quality of Service (QoS).
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
