We are seeking a Test Manager to join our growing U.S. team, based in Greensboro or McAdoo.
Role: Test Manager
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina or McAdoo, PA (Hybrid)
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Test strategy & governance: Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for the project (SIT, QA, NFT, UAT, OAT, Regression, DR testing, etc.)
- Test planning: Produce the Project Test Approach, detailing scope, approach, dependencies, environmental needs, data strategy, milestones, resources, and risks.
- Test delivery management: Lead and oversee the execution of all test phases across multiple projects/workstreams
- Stakeholders & Communication management: Provide concise and accurate status reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Quality Management: Provide quality assurance for all testing activities of the project
- Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management: Identify and manage risks for all test-related activities
Top 3 Must Haves:
- Strong Program Test Management skills
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Experience testing Enterprise projects and large engagements
Desirable skills & experience
- Experience in using qTest, JIRA tools
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
