We’re seeking a Lead Architect to join our growing team in the United States.

Role: Lead Architect

Location: US (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• 10 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to act as a hands-on architect and lead developer.
• Experience working with and guiding offshore development teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
  

Must Haves

• Extensive Java Expertise: 15 years of experience in Java/J2EE development with strong knowledge of core Java, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and microservices architecture.
• Architectural Leadership: Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level architecture, with experience in cloud-native solutions and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
