The ideal candidate is someone who:
· Experience with leveraging sourcing platforms preferred (Indeed, LinkedIn, CMS, etc.)
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through skills
· 1-3 years of professional experience; experience within recruitment, sales, or similar field preferred
· Ability to be in-person in our Sharon office 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
· Develop recruiting strategies to meet ongoing and evolving business unit needs.
· Sourcing potential hires by leveraging both personal networks and employee connections, including but not limited to: Centers of Influence, such as friends, colleagues, family members, community groups, and more; Career Fairs; Job boards and job advertisements (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)
· Support the on-boarding of new employees.
· Gathering and delivering market intelligence on market trends, recruiting tips, and more.
· Generate and execute marketing ideas focused on recruiting.
· Attend weekly HR recruiting meetings and make recommendations and advise of recruit status.
· Attend recruiting events at various community colleges and schools
· Various additional team support duties as needed.

Complimentary Skills Required:
Marketing and Branding
· Create presentations and reports that reflect innovative ways of communicating capabilities of the executive search teams (e.g., candidate pipeline reports, executive briefing documents, metrics reporting)
· Compile talent branding materials for candidates to enhance candidate experience
· Design executive briefing documents to the VPHR and CEO to support offer process
Coordination and Logistics
· Work closely with hiring managers to drive the interview process
· Proactively support team in assembling interview schedules as well as organizing multiple calendars while considering business objectives such as urgency to fill open roles while maintaining candidate experience
Reporting & Metrics
· Partner with leadership to provide executive search reports as requested
· Partner with Finance to track vendor spend
· Maintain current open requisition reports
Qualifications:
· Exceptional technical skills specific to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot) preferred
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fast-changing environment
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills including high-level of self-confidence, optimism and clear thinking
