Qualità is a new Italian food concept in Northfield focused on fresh pasta, Roman-style pizza, focaccia, sandwiches, coffee, and authentic Italian food made with quality ingredients.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Coffee Counter / Barista to join our team.
Position
The Coffee Counter / Barista will be responsible for our morning coffee service from approximately 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, creating a welcoming experience for our guests and maintaining a clean, organized coffee counter.
After the morning coffee service, the position may assist with other front-of-house or food-service responsibilities based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso, cappuccino, latte, American coffee and other coffee beverages
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take orders and process payments through the POS system
- Prepare and serve simple breakfast items as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized and attractive coffee counter
- Restock coffee, milk, cups, pastries and other supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain proper cleanliness of the espresso machine and coffee equipment
- Work efficiently during busy morning periods
- Assist the team with other tasks when needed
- Represent the Qualità brand with a positive and professional attitude

Schedule
Morning position – approximately 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs.
Compensation
$18 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualità is building a team from the beginning, so this is an opportunity to grow with a new Italian food concept and become an important part of our opening team.
