🧠 Experience Required: 10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Payment Consultant to advise clients and stakeholders on retail payment ecosystems and drive payment modernization, optimization, and compliance initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Advise on payment ecosystems: Cards, ACH, Wires, RTP, Digital Wallets, Cross-Border Payments
- Assess current payment capabilities and define modernization roadmaps
- Support payment product launches, upgrades, and integrations
- Provide guidance on payment regulations and standards (PCI DSS)
- Identify and mitigate payment-related risks (fraud, operational, regulatory)
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, product, operations, and finance teams
- Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, processors, and fintech partners
- Analyze trends such as real-time payments, open banking, embedded finance
- Optimize authorization flows, reconciliation, settlement, and revenue assurance
🔹 Essential Skills
- Strong experience in Retail Payments
- Deep knowledge of payment rails and models:
- Card Payments (Credit, Debit, Prepaid)
- ACH, Wires
- Real-Time Payments
- Digital & Mobile Payments
- Strong experience with Telecom Billing Models:
- Prepaid, Postpaid, Convergent
- Charging, Rating, Mediation, Invoicing
- Payment integrations and digital channels
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills
