Mechanical Assembler – First Shift (Valley View, OH)$22.00/hour • 4-Day Workweek • Full-TimeNow hiring a mechanically inclined assembler to join our manufacturing team in Independence, OH. You’ll build heavy-duty industrial equipment using hand tools, power tools, and detailed blueprints. This is a first-shift, four 10-hour days per week schedule.What You’ll DoAssemble industrial equipment components using hand and power toolsRead and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructionsComplete mechanical assemblies independently or as part of a teamInspect work for accuracy, fit, and qualityIdentify and correct defects or misalignmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate issues such as missing parts or unclear instructionsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitudeMust own basic hand tools (wrenches, sockets, pliers, etc.)Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprintsExperience using drills, impacts, grinders, torque tools, etc.Able to lift and move heavy parts (team lifting available)Comfortable working independently with minimal supervisionReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
