Location: Ferndale, MI
1st shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $14.00
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a stable, full-time role? We’re hiring Production Associates to support the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products for a leading local food manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package food products
- Prepare ingredients and packaging materials
- Work in cold and wet conditions (40°F)
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Strong attendance record — perfect attendance required for the first 90 days
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed
- Experience in food production or food service is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in cold/wet environments
