Embroidery Finisher / Production Assistant

This role supports production by inspecting, preparing, packaging, and organizing embroidered garments while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What You'll Do- Trim threads and remove excess backing from embroidered garments
- Steam garments to remove hoop marks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Fold, bag, label, and package completed orders
- Pick, pack, and organize customer orders
- Assist embroidery machine operators as needed
- Maintain organized workstations and production flow
- Help meet production goals while maintaining quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Embroidery, production, warehouse, or textile experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
