Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, and remove washers and dryers at residential and commercial properties.
- Safely move heavy appliances up and down stairs using appropriate moving equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and prepare equipment for daily delivery routes.
- Connect, test, and inspect appliances to ensure proper operation.
- Perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and provide professional customer service.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain equipment and vehicles.
- Experience in appliance delivery, furniture moving, package handling, or similar physically demanding work is essential.
- Must be comfortable performing heavy physical labor daily, including moving appliances up and down stairs.
- Ability to safely maneuver washers and dryers weighing up to 185 lbs. using a hand truck and appropriate moving techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
