🚨 HIRING: AML SAR Writers

We are looking for experienced AML SAR Writers / AML Investigators to join our team in New Castle, DE.

📍 Location: New Castle, DE

🏢 Hybrid: 3 days onsite/week

🔎 What We're Looking For

We need AML professionals with hands-on AML investigations experience in retail banking or cards, with a strong focus on end-to-end SAR writing.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

✅ Conducting in-depth AML investigations from referral through disposition

✅ Investigating customer accounts and transaction activity for suspicious activity

✅ Working both system-generated alerts and manual referrals

✅ Analyzing transaction patterns and customer behavior

✅ Conducting research across internal systems and external sources

✅ Writing complete SARs manually from beginning to end — no automated/template-driven SAR writing

✅ Documenting investigative findings and supporting SAR filing decisions

⭐ Must-Have Experience

• Proven SAR writing experience

• Retail banking or card AML investigations

• Strong understanding of AML scenarios and typologies

• Understanding of Structuring, CTRs, and BSA/AML requirements

• Ability to independently conduct detailed investigations

• Strong written and analytical skills

• Experience with a large banking/financial institution preferred

• CAMS is a plus

⚠️ Important: This is an in-depth investigations role. Candidates primarily handling high-volume alert reviews (10–20 alerts/cases per day) may not be the right fit. The expected workload is approximately 1–2 complex investigations per day.
