We are looking for a hands-on Lab Technician / Analytical Technician to support analytical testing, polymer characterization, and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform analytical testing, sample preparation, and laboratory procedures.
• Conduct microscopy, thermal analysis, rheology, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry testing.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Perform instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.
• Follow laboratory SOPs and safety standards.
• Support polymer testing and identify appropriate analytical techniques for troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and VDA standards.
Required Qualifications:.
✅ Hands-on experience with Microscopy (SEM, EDS, or Light Microscopy).
✅ Experience with polymers, plastics, or materials testing.
✅ Knowledge of FTIR, DSC, TGA, Rheology, and analytical chemistry techniques.
✅ Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
✅ Experience with method validation, DOE, and laboratory equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
✅ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow safe chemical handling practices.
