Clean driving record required*JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking two IT contractors to assist with an Active Directory domain migration project. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on IT support experience who understand the basics of Windows domains and Active Directory and can help troubleshoot issues during the migration process. This is a support-focused role—not a senior systems administrator position.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with Active Directory domain migration activitiesSupport user and computer account moves between domainsHelp troubleshoot login, access, and group policy issuesPerform basic Active Directory tasks (users, groups, computers)Assist with workstation and server domain join/re-join tasksProvide hands-on IT support during and after migration phasesEscalate complex issues to senior engineers when neededDocument issues, fixes, and steps taken during the projectREQUIREMENTS1-4 years’ experience, IT SupportBasic to intermediate knowledge of Windows Active DirectoryUnderstanding of domains, users, groups, and permissionsExperience with Windows workstations and/or Windows ServerGeneral IT troubleshooting skills (desktop, login, network access)Familiarity with tools such as:Active Directory Users & ComputersBasic Group Policy conceptsAbility to follow documented procedures and checklistsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience assisting with a domain migration (nice to have)Helpdesk or desktop support backgroundBasic PowerShell knowledge (nice to have)Experience working in a corporate IT environment (nice to have)Can troubleshoot common issues independentlyDoes not need to design architecture or lead the migrationReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a small teamINDQT
