Job Summary
The Personal Assistant is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Homecare Agency CEO and performs various business operations tasks to support the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with day-to-day operations and priority management
- Assist with caregiver recruiting, screening, and onboarding coordination
- Support sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up and outreach
- Communicate with caregivers and client families as needed
- Help coordinate scheduling and coverage
- Provide on-call personal care support when required
- Assist with special projects related to growth and care quality
- Have Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable). If you don't have this, we can help you with it.
- Documented experience or previous experience (preferable)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel around location territory
- Access to internet/mobile phone
