Are you an animal lover who enjoys keeping a home organized and running smoothly? We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Animal-Friendly Caregiver / Household Support to assist a wonderful client who lives independently on a spacious property with multiple pets and animals.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of caregiving, household support, and helping maintain a home and property while providing companionship to the client.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and occasional assistance to the client.
- Perform housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized home.
- Assist with maintaining the property and surrounding outdoor areas as needed.
- Feed and assist with the daily care of household pets and animals.
- Prepare simple meals as needed.
- Assist with laundry and other household tasks.
- Run occasional errands and transportation as needed.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience required.
- Experience caring for individuals with acute Parkinson's disease is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working around multiple pets and animals.
- Reliable, compassionate, organized, and self-motivated.
- Able to perform household and property-related tasks.
- Valid California Driver's License required.
- Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
